well a pair of twins had a major operation
as their heads were attached together since birth.
before the major operation, the 'younger' sister was afraid
that she would not make it through.
so, the 'elder' sister sang a sweet, sweet song to calm her down.

the 'elder' sister didn't make it through instead, she lost too much blood.
